I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-ventilated, providing a comfortable experience. The service was top-notch, with a lovely team that was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful in suggesting great walking routes and sights to see. The location was amazing, right in the old center of Bruges and within walking distance of all the main sights, offering a perfect blend of convenience and tranquility. However, the dining options seemed overpriced for the quality provided, and the basic offerings did not match the price expectations.

Staying at this hotel was amazing! The rooms had a lovely view of the shopping streets, restaurants, old bridges, and churches in the town, which was very nice despite being a little bit small. The service was exceptional; the staff generously shared descriptions of the attractions around the city and recommended authentic Flemish restaurants, like the Flemish beef stew. They were always welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the historic part of Bruges, perfect for strolling around and exploring everything. The dining options were great, offering a good start to the day to prepare for city exploration. Overall, this hotel offers a wonderful experience at a fair price.

My stay at the hotel was simply fantastic. The location is superb, right next to Bruges Cathedral with a quiet ambiance.
